Terms of use
Last updated: 30 October 2026. These terms cover chartcamel.com and the chart maker on it, provided by Web Landscapes LLC, a Florida company trading as ChartCamel ("we", "us"). Questions go to contact@chartcamel.com or (786) 372-0287.
1. The tool
The chart maker, templates and guides are free to use for any purpose, personal or commercial. There is no account and no paid plan. We may change or remove features, and we don't promise the site will always be available.
2. Your data and your charts
The data you paste or upload is processed in your browser and is not sent to us. Charts you download or copy are yours: you can publish, print, sell or edit them without crediting us. The embed code includes a "Made with ChartCamel" line; you may remove it.
3. The explanation panel
The totals, averages, percentage changes, trend lines and notes are arithmetic worked out from the numbers you provide, as described in the guides. They are provided as is. Check them before you rely on them for a decision, a grade or a publication; we aren't responsible for a number you paste in wrongly or a conclusion drawn from the output.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to attack it or other people's systems, and don't present a chart made here as something we endorsed or verified.
5. Custom work
Custom charts, dashboards and reports are a separate paid service. Each one is covered by its own written quote and agreement, which take precedence over these terms for that work.
6. Liability
The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or of charts and figures produced with it, and our total liability for any claim connected with the free tool is zero because you pay nothing for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
7. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Before going to court, we both agree to try to resolve it by talking first.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top.
